We love to cook. For years our vegetarian food has been praised by thousands of customers, who have given us top ratings *). Many guests have wished for our recipes, and here they finally are.

Vegetarian food well made is absolutely wonderful, nutritious and filling. Great vegetarian food is at the top of what you can eat. But to make fantastic vegetarian food it is not so easy.

Everybody can boil a potato or fry a pancake, but to make a vegetarian lasagne or a Battenberg cake so it tastes unforgettably is much harder.

The art of learning is to practice. Take it step by step, experiment and thus increase your skills and understanding.

In this book we have rated the recipes according to how difficult it is to make them. So even total beginners can cook and bake from day one.

You can find the amazing recipes from our two vegetarian restaurants Mormors Bakeri in Blekinge and Farfars Bakeri Kurrebo in Småland in this book, but don’t despair if it will take you some months to master the craziest and most difficult ones.
