Ingredients

  • 10 apples
  • 10 leafs of salvy
  • goat cheese
  • 10 g of butter
  • cranberry jam
  1. wash and cut apples in 1 cm thick slices
  2. take the center wit the pits out
  3. Cut goat cheese in slices
  4. put butter in a form
  5. evenly spread apples in a form
