Christmas cookies

Ingredients

  • 600 g flour
  • 300 g butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 150 gr sugar
  • salt

for filling and decoration:

  • marzipan
  • chocolate glazing
  • jam
  1. mix the first list of ingredients quickly and put in the fridge over night
  2. make little cookies (for example in a round shape) and bake on 170° for about 6 minutes
  3. put jam on one side of the cookies
  4. prepare a thin layer of marzipan(same shape as cookies) and place inbetween two cookies, so the jam sticks to the marzipan
  5. put on chocolate glazing
